Primary counties (standard rates)

Albany, Schenectady, and Rensselaer.

Outlying counties (+15%)

Warren, Washington, Saratoga, Columbia, Greene, Schoharie, Fulton, and Montgomery.

Standard process service

Reliable, compliant service with full documentation included. Service window: 14–30 days. Starting price: $75.00. Affidavit of Service: included. Add-on options: local filing: +$25, local pickup: +$30.

Eviction service package

Flat-rate service for landlord-tenant matters. Price: $150.00. Covers: two named parties + “John & Jane Doe.” Includes: Affidavit of Service & Local Filing.

Rush service

Priority handling for time-sensitive matters. Starting price: $140.00. Includes: special dispatch to process server, first attempt within 36 hours, 3–5 additional attempts. Add-on options: local filing: +$35, rush pickup: +$50.

How it works

Submit your documents via fax, mail, email, or upload through our client portal, or request local pickup. Papers are entered into our system and assigned to a qualified local process server. Up to 6 service attempts per assignment, with the client notified after the 3rd attempt. Each attempt includes GPS tracking, video/photos/dash-cam, and an affidavit, delivered promptly upon completion.

Eligible instruments and requirements

Documents must not require original documents, more than two copies for filing, or checks attached. They must not be family court matters or Secretary of State services, and must be under 20 pages. Eligible instruments include summons & complaints, petitions to recover real property, notices, orders, and evictions.
